Description
ZDM-2HA865 is new generation DSP digital stepping closed-loop driver adopts advanced vector type closed-loop control technology,
thoroughly overcome the problem of lost steps of traditional open-loop stepper motors, and significantly improve the high-speed performance of stepper motors, reducing the degree of heat and vibration of the motor, and further improve the working speed and accuracy and reduce energy consumption of equipment.
In addition, when the motor is continuously overloaded, the driver will output an alarm signal. It has the same reliability as the AC servo system. The adapted motor installation size is the same as the traditional (57/60) and 86 Series stepper motors are fully compatible, the traditional open-loop stepper drive scheme can be seamlessly upgraded, and the cost compared with the traditional AC servo system, it has a very high cost advantage.
This driver is suitable for all kinds of small and medium-sized automation equipment and instruments, such as: woodworking engraving machine, wiring harness processing machines, laser cutting machines, high-speed plotters, small CNC machine tools, automated assembly equipment, etc.
The application effect is particularly good in equipment with low noise, stable operation and high-speed response.
