Oil Nozzle Joint is intended for the end user elements in an system, i.e. for connecting the central lubrication system with elements such as bearings, spindles, linear guideways and sliding surfaces.
VERY IMPORTANT: Ensure proper plastic hose fitting tightening to avoid common mistakes.
1. The appearance of a ferrule that is not tightened enough to hold the hose tight so it doesn't fall out or leak.
2. The appearance of a ferrule that is clamped tightly enough that the hose cannot fall out and there is no leakage. At the end, pull the hose strongly with your hand and if it stays in position, then it's ok.
Tighten the fittings nut by hand until you feel that the screw socket, ferrule and opposite nut are pressed together. This is done only when it comes to plastic hoses, with copper and aluminum hoses you can tightening with less force.
