Volumetric Oil Distributor
A volumetric oil distributor is a quantitative volume distributor : It is a pressure-relief quantitative oiler that injects oil when the system is depressurized and stores oil in the distributor cylinder when the system is under pressure. According to the chosen oil injection specification, this product can transport lubricating oil in a quantitative manner to each lubrication point. The oil injector has 2-6 outlets (suitable for thin oil)

A volumetric oil distributor is a quantitative volume distributor : It is a pressure-relief quantitative oiler that injects oil when the system is depressurized and stores oil in the distributors cylinder when the system is under pressure. According to the chosen oil injection specification, this product can transport lubricating oil in a quantitative manner to each lubrication point. The oil volumetric oil distributor has 2-10 outputs (suitable for thin oil).
The volumetric oil distributor is a pressure-reducing action type; the pressure oil delivered by the lubrication pump pushes the piston in the metering part, the oil is stored in the chamber, and the indicator rod is extended. When the system is unloaded, under the action of the spring, the piston forcibly presses the oil from the metering chamber to the lubrication point, and the indicator rod is retracted.
The system must be operated intermittently, and the lubrication pump must have an unloading function. In each working cycle for the lubrication pump, the oil outlet only receives oil one time and same volume, the distance between the consuming parts, whether they are far, near, high, low lying, or under load, has no effect on the displacement, they will get same oil volume in same time.
- The flow of oil from the pump started through the inlet A to the volume chamber.
- Mushroom two-way valve B is pushed upward through the passage C and flows into the piston chamber F
- Under the action of the oil pressure, the metering piston moves downward and the spring G is compressed and force is accumulated, the oil is stored under spring pressure and start metering.
- When the oil pressure in the main inlet A is released (pressure released, oil pump is stopped to work), the mushroom valve B moves downward due to the pressure , and inject the oil through exit E, so that the metering oil in the piston enters the oil pipe H through the discharge port E, and the oil is delivered to the lubrication point.
Do not be concerned if a distant consumer receives less oil because of the great distance. With this system, regardless of the length of the hose it is connected to or the pipeline resistance, all consumers will receive the same amount of oil at the same time.
Each lubrication point will receive 0.3ml of oil per each pump action pressure.
